In front of 24,242 fans at the 2019 Military Bowl the Temple Owls lost to the North Carolina Tar Heels, 55-13.
The Owls finished the season 8-5 for the second year in a row and the Tar Heels finished the season 7-6. WR Jadan Blue finished the game with eight catches for 92 yards. RB Re'Mahn Davis had a receiving and a rushing touchdown. SAF Benny Walls led the team with 12 tackles.
