North Carolina has signed Cameron Johnson, a 6 foot, 8 inch guard from Pennsylvania to a scholarship agreement so that the former Pittsburgh standout can attend the University of North Carolina and play for the Tar Heels beginning with the 2017-18 men's basketball season.
