Defensive end Bradley Chubb, all-purpose back Jaylen Samuels and punter A.J. Cole III have been named to the 2017 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Preseason Football Team, which was announced on Wednesday by the league office. The Wolfpack boasted the third-highest total of players named among the ACC's 14 teams.
