Third-ranked North Carolina had four players in double-figures as the Tar Heels defeated host Boston College 79-66 Tuesday night at Conte Forum. The Tar Heels moved to 25-5 overall and 15-2 in the ACC while Boston College dropped to 14-15 overall and 5-12 in the conference.
